With decades of experience coordinating cosmetic surgery journeys in Thailand and Malaysia, Loraine has built trusted relationships with highly respected surgeons and internationally accredited hospitals. Her deep industry knowledge and hands-on involvement have helped thousands of clients safely navigate their cosmetic surgery journeys abroad.
Loraine is also known for her involvement in the television series Beauty and the Beach, which introduced many viewers to the concept of cosmetic surgery holidays. Through Beautiful You, she continues to guide clients with the same focus on care, transparency and personalised support that has defined the company since its beginnings. |
Paula VernonMedical Care ConsultantPaula Vernon brings more than 20 years of experience in cosmetic surgery and medical tourism.
Throughout her career, Paula has worked closely with surgeons, hospitals and patients, developing an in-depth understanding of cosmetic procedures, recovery requirements and the practical considerations involved in travelling overseas for surgery.
Her calm, knowledgeable approach helps clients feel informed and confident as they explore their options. Paula works closely with each client to ensure every stage of the journey, from consultation and procedure planning to recovery and accommodation, is carefully coordinated and supported.
Paula also brings a personal perspective to her role. Following her own weight loss journey, she travelled overseas in 2007 to undergo major body contouring procedures. Having experienced cosmetic surgery abroad herself, she understands both the practical and emotional aspects of the process, and the importance of feeling supported throughout the journey.
Having previously worked with Beautiful You's Founding Director, Loraine Reinsfield, Paula reconnected with the team in 2020 to help guide the next stage of the company’s growth.

Kells GeorgeStrategic Operations ConsultantKells George brings more than 20 years of experience across luxury travel, concierge services, operations and strategic planning.
With a background in high-end travel and client experience, Kells specialises in designing seamless journeys that balance medical coordination with comfort, privacy and personalised service. Her experience working within luxury travel environments allows her to ensure every detail of a client’s journey, from accommodation and logistics to recovery support, is thoughtfully planned.
Kells also brings personal insight into the surgical journey. Several years ago, she experienced complications with a ruptured breast implant, which ultimately required surgical removal. Navigating the process herself gave Kells a deeper understanding of the importance of clear information, trusted medical guidance and supportive care throughout every stage of treatment.
This experience strengthened her commitment to helping clients access well-qualified surgeons and carefully coordinated medical care abroad.
