Q - What will my appetite be like?
A - Appetite will be hugely restricted as will your portion size. It does vary person to person

Q - What sort of diet plan will I be put on? Do I have to stick to this said plan in the future?
A - Diet Plan – or healthy eating plan is compiled with you in mind, as individuals, we are all different. Your diet will change as your weight is reduced. However, you must remain eating healthy along with portion control to ensure maintaining a healthy weight in the future.

Q - How long does it take before the weight becomes manageable and I am at a weight I am happy with?
A - This will be discussed with you during your personalised consultation with Dr. Andrea. This part of the process is cost-free and happens when booking your surgery with Dr. Andrea and Beautiful You Holidays.

Q - Do I have support after the holiday?
A - Yes. We are proud to offer each Bariatric client post-follow up care with Dr. Andrea and her team. Upon your return home, you are encouraged to discuss how your post-surgery is going. In doing this, you will have access to Dr. Andrea and her team of Nutritionist and Fitness Professionals.

Q - If I start slipping back into old habits, will I still see results?
A - As discussed previously in order to maintain a healthy weight you must remain eating healthy along with portion control.
