Preparation for LASIK

If you are planning on having a LASIK procedure and you wear contact lenses, please take note of the following requirements for contact lens removal. The required length of time to remove your contact lenses are as follows:

• Soft lenses – 4 days before consultation
• Semi hard lenses – 10 days before consultation
• Hard lenses – 2 weeks before consultation

If possible, please let us know before your departure, that you are considering LASIK, and we will book you in for consultation at a time that works in with your other surgery.
