Cancellation Policies

There are no surgery cancellation charges if you decide not to go ahead with surgery, but if you decide to cancel or return home early, there will be some accommodation cancellation charges:

• All accommodation bookings must be paid in full, 30 days in advance of check-in date. Bookings not paid for will mean cancellation of your surgery booking and accommodation.
  
• Where a cancellation is received in writing more than 14 days of  your arrival; a penalty of 1 nights accommodation will be forfeited + 5% administration charge.
  
• Where a cancellation is received in writing within 14 days of arrival; a penalty of 5 nights accommodation will be forfeited + 5% administration charge.
  
• Once travel is commenced, we can assist you with changes to your package but there are no refunds for accommodation changes.
