STAGE 2: NO OBLIGATION QUOTE
To assist us in providing a no obligation quote for the treatment, it is essential that you fill out a medical questionnaire together with the photo requirements. You will be sent a link to the questionnaire for completing online.

STAGE 3: SURGERY CONFIRMATION
Following the receipt of your medical history and photos we will be able to schedule a tentative trip date suitable to your needs.  We will let you know the length of time you will need to spend in Malaysia, and estimate all charges. If you decide to confirm your treatment, we would like you to complete a booking form. To complete the surgery confirmation you will be required to pre-pay the Hotel portion of your package either by credit card or bank transfer.

STAGE 4: SCHEDULING THE TRIP
Following receipt of payment for your Hotel portion of your package, Beautiful You Holidays will prepare your personalized trip schedule and send it to you, including the following information with regards to your surgery and your stay in Malaysia:  Dates of the pre-operative medical consultation and of the required medical tests, dates of your operation, hotel reservations, local transportation, lists of pre-operative instructions, schedule of your tourist package and post-operative information.

STAGE 5: ARRIVAL IN MALAYSIA
When you arrive at the airport, a chauffeur driven limousine will be waiting for you and will take you to your hotel.  Our representative will come to the hotel to meet you if your flight arrives before 8pm local time, otherwise they will phone you first thing in the morning and arrange to meet with you.  She will speak your language and will answer all your questions regarding your accommodation and stay.   Upon arrival in Malaysia, two to three days will be allocated for your relaxation and meeting the surgeon for a personal consultation prior to treatment.

STAGE 6: ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL
On the day of your surgery you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the hospital.  Our Patient Coordinator will assist you.  All administration and patient admission details will be taken care of.  Our Patient Coordinator will visit you each day, and will be there to pick you up when you are discharged.  You will then be driven back to the hotel for complete rest and relaxation.
